DM3 Rail Ltd provides engineering management consultancy services to support railway infrastructure projects across a range of engineering functions, which include Signalling, Signalling Control Systems, Civil Engineering, E&P, PWay and Telecoms.
As Chartered Engineers (CEng) with Member status in the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (MIRSE), DM3 Rail offer services in three primary areas.
Engineering Management
DM3 Rail can adopt Engineering Manager and engineering delivery roles on projects to lead the development and integration of distinct disciplines into a multidiscipline solution. DM3 Rail experience includes Network Rail "CEM" or Contractors Engineering Manager roles and responsibilities in line with NR/L2/INI/02009.
Design Management
DM3 Rail developed the Design Management Maturity Model as a framework for projects and organisations to assess and improve their design management performance. DM3 Rail has the engineering design process knowledge and experience to deliver integrated design solutions involving a wide range or disciplines.
Project Management
DM3 Rail has experience of Project Manager roles on design only and D&B projects working within design consultants, contracting and specialist subcontract organisations. DM3 Rail has the PM experience to manage resourcing and commercial aspects of projects as well as engineering and programme requirements.
